Hey Doc I’m 74 had kidney stone removal (lazer) after stent in for 2 weeks could not pee had to have pulled emergency, then after couple weeks could not had catheter then another operation to open me up catheter for another week after 3 days without couldn’t pee catheter back in another week out after couple hours couldn’t pee have catheter in now just did bladder test today they said it weak catheter back now have appointment with doctor September 12 take it out in am go back at 2 see doctor before stone leaked a lot from physical activity and up 4 or 5 times at night to pee WILL YOUR COURSE HELP ME ?

I have si joint issue I noticed I need to pee more. Could that be nerve irritation. Before I hurt the si joint i could go 4 plus hours without peeing.

I’ve been doing a lot of stretches which did help but ever since I started doing the reverse kegels / breathing like this , has made more of a difference for sure, thanks Eric , this stuff is life saving

i use the method of sitting when i pee and it has been very successful. i think i will use this way when i have to use a public restroom and i cant get to use a stall.

VIP QUESTION: Iam scheduled for I think its called penoscope or close to that spelling. Obviously I have the same problem as you show here. Iam literally terrified to have the surgery.
